Spring

They lay dormant all winter, too timid to brave the wind and cold.  Smothered
under a blanket of snow for a time, they patiently wait.

The soft sunlight beckons their awakening and they begin to peek their heads out from their hiding spots.

Usually seen as invaders--nagging pests, but to me a welcome sign of spring.

Even weeds can be beautiful.

i love seeing everything bud! ..... it reminds me that it was no accident that passover is in the spring, picturing things going from death to life.....and then our Savior on the cross at passover, the ultimate reality of new life about to spring forth from death......i love God's simple ways, like a dandelion budding, to show us His profound truths.....
